We are a wholesale manufacturer of custom vacuum-formed sign faces and exterior lighted sign cabinets. We only sell to sign companies. We have customers from the East Coast to the West Coast, with the bulk of our customers located in the central United States.
While it’s normal in today’s market to sell a product regardless of whether it is the right product for the application, our goal is to supply the best product for its intended use. This does cause us to ask more questions than most other suppliers, but it also results in a product designed specifically for your needs.
Pros and Cons of Plastics
ACRYLIC
Pros: Of the three types we offer, it is the most rigid (meaning it will flex the least in the wind). It is the least expensive of the three materials. It is also the easiest to glue and paint. Because ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun have almost no effect on acrylic, it has the longest lifespan.
Cons: It is the most prone to breaking. Some trade names for acrylic include Plexiglas, Acrylite, and Lucite.
IMA (IMPACT MODIFIED ACRYLIC)
Pros: Approximately 4–8 times more impact-resistant than standard acrylic. UV rays from the sun have minimal effect on it. It can be glued and painted in the same way as acrylic.
Cons: Not as rigid as acrylic and more expensive. Some trade names for IMA include Duraplex, Acrysteel, and DR.
POLYCARBONATE (a combination of long-chain molecules)
Pros: The most impact-resistant translucent material, although it is not unbreakable.
Cons: Even with UV inhibitors, it will eventually yellow with age. When vinyl lettering that has been in place for some time is removed, it leaves a “ghost” image where the vinyl was. It has very little chemical resistance, making it difficult to clean and glue, and it scratches easily. Some trade names include Lexan, Tuffak, and SunGard.

All first-time customers must prepay before we can process their order, unless they have approved credit.
Existing accounts without approved credit may be required to prepay before jobs are processed.
No COD shipments.
Balance is due upon receipt and is payable within 30 days with approved credit.
A 1.5% service charge per month will be applied to any balance not paid within 30 days.
If an account exceeds 60 days past due, all orders in progress will be suspended, and no future orders will be processed until the account is brought back within terms.
All orders are subject to the approval and acceptance of the seller.

We warrant all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective material, F.O.B. Republic, MO.
Since the installation of our products is beyond our control, we expressly disclaim any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We shall not be held liable for any costs incurred in the replacement of defective material. Furthermore, we expressly disclaim all liability for any actual, incidental, or consequential damages that may occur.
