We vacuum form faces up to 6′ × 14′ in a single piece using Acrylic or Impact Modified Acrylic. For even greater strength and durability, we offer Polycarbonate faces up to 8′ × 16′. Larger signs? No problem. We manufacture in sections and connect them using a J-joint seam, allowing for oversized signage without sacrificing structural integrity.
