We can vacuum form faces up to 6′ x 14′ in one piece in Acrylic. Impact Modified Acrylic up to 8′ x 14′ in one piece and Polycarbonate up to 8′ x 16′ in one piece. Most any size can be made by making the face in sections using a J-Joint seam.
